About Us

Cissbury Services is owned by Mark Cranford and incorporated in 2003. Having been a local Worthing resident since birth he has always has a keen interest in wiring and “how things work”

Prior to Cissbury Services and the electrical field Mark specialised in IT software coding for a number of years but decided a career-change would allow him to engage in a field he had true passion for and he successfully re-trained as a fully qualified electrician.  

There followed involvement in the house-building business, Cranford Construction where many houses have been built and refurbished throughout Sussex.

Mark says, ‘I’ve always believed you’ve always had to have an understanding about how things work before you can work on them, and the same goes for being an electrician.’

Circuit diagrams have to be understood rather than simply followed…
